He is an engineering graduate form Nagpur and has about fifteen years of experience as entrepreneur in various business. Mr. Jitendra has been active in execution of government infrastructure work such as roads, bridges and other construction civil work. He has to his credit about 10 real estate project involving commercial and residential spaces. He has the ability to identify locations with high growth potential. He is also co-promoter of R.M. Gopalani, a Registered government contractor, Mr. Jitendra has good relation in NMC and NIT and has expertise in getting plans and maps sanctioned from these department.
He has with him strong technical and legal team to follow up different matters at different stages of project execution
He deals with manufacturing of bricks & trading in cement & in transportation and logistics since last 45 year under the banner of National Bricks. His brother Mr. Jay Sahajramani is one of the Director with Jhulelal Institute of technology (JIT) koradi road. Shri Yogesh Sahajramani involved himself in construction activity with Jarry Profit. Mr. Yogesh is the driving force for all the partners of “JP”. He is also socially very active and associated with many social organisations. Mr. Yogesh personally has land bank of about 100 acres of land in and around Nagpur city. He has acquired all this land parcels in last 10 years from his association with many real estate group.
Mr. Yogesh is successfully handling the execution of construction activity with the help of contractor and sub contractor.
He is an entrepreneur and has completed B.E. (Mach.) from Nagpur. He has been instrumental in setting up his own venture venus India incorporation with manufacturing disposable use and throws articles used in catering and packaging industry and has an annual turnover of Rs.12.00 Crores. He is young dynamic and has ability to handle finance and account department of J.P. He is known for his convincing skills in deal making attitude. He is socially active and associated with various social organisations in the city.
Mr. Rajesh is successfully handling the back office work of “JP”
He is a civil engineer by profession, further since last 30 years. Mr. Anil is the promoter of MSD Supplier which mainly supplies cement, steel and other building related material to big corporate and around Nagpur. MSD Supplies has an annual turnover of Rs. 8.00 Crores. Mr. Anil has vast experience in the field of construction having completed large project involving residential and commercial complexes including malls.
Presently, he is developing two residential project, one school project and land development in Raipur and Nagpur.
